The frame uses 3T's proprietary FUSION CARBON process, which layers three distinct manufacturing techniques — filament winding, Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), and conventional carbon layup — selecting each method for the areas of the frame where it contributes most. Filament winding for consistent tube geometry, RTM for complex junction areas, traditional layup for panels and high-load zones.
